As a Receptionist at Frame Chiropractic, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients. Your role is essential in creating a warm, professional, and supportive environment. From greeting patients with a smile to ensuring appointments run on time, you’ll play a key part in our clinic’s success.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Scheduling and managing appointments
Answering phones and handling patient enquiries
Maintaining accurate patient records
Supporting clinic staff with day-to-day operations

Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service in a professional environment
